They believe in the certainty and value of their long-established methods and fear the unstable new ones. “That’s the way we’ve always done it.”, is the all too familiar motto. But that doesn’t mean there is no room or need for change. Sometimes all it needs is a little persuasion – and suddenly tons of possibilities might open up for you.
In her talk about Managing the Politics of Content Hilary Marsh explained how to persuade a company to change and what chances lie ahead in giving new methods a try. In the following interview we asked her for advice on how to make this happening.
